During the construction process it is necessary a follow process where everything will get completed properly. Certain items need to be completed before others in the process. Usually the ground work and excavation is completed first, then the pipe work and drainage, concreting of pool and building of retaining walls, followed by any features, ornaments or structures like pergolas, decks, and water features. After those items are complete concreting and paving of pathways, slabs and entertaining areas would occur, followed by garden edges, garden beds, lawn preparation, irrigation, lighting, then planting and finally mulching and laying the lawn, watering of plants and a general clean up.
