PPG was founded in 2009
by Mark Webster and Marcus Weekes.

Mark and Marcus recognized a gap in the market in offering Brisbane residents a combined pool and garden maintenance service.

Within a very short time, their entrepreneurial risk paid off and they quickly expanded from pools and gardens to medium and large scale landscape construction projects overhauling outdoor spaces.

The company has grown steadily over the years to now have over 20 employees total including tradesmen, trade assistants and a handful of young apprentices and trainees providing career opportunities and taking pride in nurturing their growth and success to build a strong future for PPG in years to come.

Marcus Weekes
Managing Director

Marcus has a very keen interest in Landscape Design and Manicured Lawns. Marcus ensures that the Line Managers are upholding the standards that PPG’s clientele have received over the past 11 years. Marcus’ primary role is to ensure PPG’s excellent reputation continues and that our service levels improve as the company grows into a large organisation.

Mark Webster
Director Landscape Construction

Mark has extensive experience in all aspects of structural landscaping after almost 18 years in the industry. Mark completed his qualifications in Tasmania in 2002 and Manages our Landscape Construction Division.

Mark’s role at PPG is focusing on the Estimating and Management of our Large Construction Division ensuring Projects are delivered to PPG’s high standards. Mark is available for onsite consultations by appointment.

Debbie Carey
Finance & Admin Manager

Debbie has extensive accounting, administration and business reporting experience gained from working in many different industries and different sized businesses. Debbie looks after all of the PPG group’s accounting, reporting and administrative tasks and ensures PPG remains current and compliant in today’s ever changing business world.

Tom Greenwood
Projects Manager – Landscape Construction

Tom has over a decade of experience in Landscape Construction  and has been with PPG for over 10 years. Tom begun his career at PPG as a Landscape Tradesmen and progressed into the Foreman role and now manages our Construction Teams Day to Day operations. Tom’s Experience in the hands-on side of Landscape Construction benefits the Projects under his management. Tom’s role is to ensure the projects are completed on time and on budget. Tom is also available for on-site consultations via appointment.

Chris Samuels
Landscape Designer and Estimator

Chris has been in the Landscaping Industry for over 7 years and has experience across all facets of Landscape Maintenance, Construction and Design. Chris’ hands-on industry knowledge allows him to understand both the practical requirements and design potential of each project.

Chris’ role at PPG focuses on Landscape Design and Estimating, helping clients bring their outdoor spaces to life from the initial concept through to project planning. Chris loves nothing more than creating beautiful, functional spaces where people can spend time with their friends and family.

Jeff Mclean
Contracts & Administration

Jeff has been working with PPG for over 3 years and has in depthknowledge into the operating systems that runs PPG’s back end andis the first point of contact when you call the PPG office.

Jeff wears many hats and is pivotal in the back-end operations and administration of PPG’s Construction Projects.

Jeff supports all areas and levels of PPG staff including the onsite teams to the Finance operations of the business.
