PPG was founded in 2009
by Mark Webster and Marcus Weekes.
Mark and Marcus recognized a gap in the market in offering Brisbane residents a combined pool and garden maintenance service.
Within a very short time, their entrepreneurial risk paid off and they quickly expanded from pools and gardens to medium and large scale landscape construction projects overhauling outdoor spaces.
The company has grown steadily over the years to now have over 20 employees total including tradesmen, trade assistants and a handful of young apprentices and trainees providing career opportunities and taking pride in nurturing their growth and success to build a strong future for PPG in years to come.
Marcus has a very keen interest in Landscape Design and Manicured Lawns. Marcus ensures that the Line Managers are upholding the standards that PPG’s clientele have received over the past 11 years. Marcus’ primary role is to ensure PPG’s excellent reputation continues and that our service levels improve as the company grows into a large organisation.
Director Landscape Construction
Mark has extensive experience in all aspects of structural landscaping after almost 18 years in the industry. Mark completed his qualifications in Tasmania in 2002 and Manages our Landscape Construction Division.
Mark’s role at PPG is focusing on the Estimating and Management of our Large Construction Division ensuring Projects are delivered to PPG’s high standards. Mark is available for onsite consultations by appointment.
Finance and Admin Manager
Ali has been with PPG for over 6 years and manages our day to day Admin and Accounts Operations. Ali has extensive accounting and admin experience providing PPG’s clientele and staff the admin support required to keep PPG current and compliant. Ali is the first point of contact if you call our office and can help with all incoming enquiries. Ali’s role is pivotal in ensuring PPG’s clients receive 5 star treatment from initial contact right through to Handover.
Projects Manager – Landscape Construction
Tom has over a decade of experience in Landscape Construction and has been with PPG for over 5 years. Tom begun his career at PPG as a Landscape Tradesmen and progressed into the Foreman role and now manages our Construction Teams Day to Day operations. Tom’s Experience in the hands-on side of Landscape Construction benefits the Projects under his management. Tom’s role is to ensure the projects are completed on time and on budget. Tom is also available for on-site consultations via appointment.
Maintenance Manager – Lawn and Garden Care Division
Dean brings decades of Experience to PPG across a broad range of roles in the Landscaping Industry. Dean’s primary role is the Estimating, Scheduling and Management of our Garden Maintenance division. Dean works closely with our Garden Maintenance team leaders to ensure PPG’s clients are getting the same level of service that has grown the company into the organisation it is today. Dean has over 200 properties under his care that benefit from his Horticulture background and Landscaping experience. Dean offers free onsite consultations for new garden maintenance enquires.
Senior Pool Technician
Brad has over 10 years of experience in the Pool maintenance and repairs field. Brad’s expertise is in pool equipment repairs and system installs. Brad manages our regular pool maintenance clientele across Brisbane and also assists our pool renovations team with equipment upgrades and relocations.
